Attach either a cheque (made payable to "Yew Chung Arts and Language Centre Limited") or a bank-in slip (our Hang Seng bank account: 242-179182-668 YewChung Arts & Language Centre Ltd.) to the form and mail it to YALC, 3 To Fuk Road, Kowloon Tong.
